CTL Assay

Splenocytes harvested from three groups were cultured in vitro with CT26 cells at different E:T ratios. (A) Flow cytometric analysis results of one representative sample from each group at different E:T ratios. (B) Lymphocytes from the oHSV2 group led to increased PI expression in CFSE-labeled CT26 target cells after coincubation. The data are averages from three mice per treatment group. An unpaired Student’s t test was used to analyze the significance of the difference between the groups. E:T, effector cell/target cell.
