Two month after-ripened (a) ga1-3 HA:GID1a-OE, (b) ga1-3 HA:GID1b-OE, and (c) ga1-3 HA:GID1c-OE seeds were plated without GA₄ or with the indicated GA₄ concentration. Plates were cold stratified for 3 days in the dark, and then moved to 22°C in the light. The ratio of “ghosts” (dark gray) to normal seedlings (light gray) is shown.
