Curcumin inhibits the cellular viability of Ishikawa. Ishikawa cells were treated with 0 to 80 μΜ curcumin for 24, 48, and 72 h and detected by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide assay.
