Note that one mouse does not have any cervical neoplasia (left panel), but the other mouse (n = 16) has CIN and cervical cancer (right panel) (Table 3). B: Cervical sections shown in A were stained for PR (green). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33258 and pseudocolored red. Dashed lines demarcate the border between the epithelium (ep) and stroma (st). A cervical section from the HPVtg/Pgr+/– genotype was used as a positive control. Scale bars = 50 μm.
