For each gene module, the table shows the total number of genes, the number of predominantly placenta-expressed (PPE) genes, the number of genes differentially expressed in preterm preeclampsia [57] (PE), the odds ratios (OR) indicating enrichments in PPE and PE genes, the percentage of up-regulated genes, the number of transcription regulatory genes, their ORs, and the percentage of up-regulated genes among them.
