Subcellular localization of the selected 10 MaNACs cloned from M. acuminata and used to construct 35S:MaNAC-GFP vectors, in which GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) was fused at the C-terminus. The fusion proteins, as well as GFP as the control, were transiently expressed in rice protoplasts and observed by fluorescence microscopy. The merged images include the green fluorescence channel (second panel) and the nuclear mCherry m9arker of the e-channel (third panel).
