Inhibitory effects of MRGPRX2 antagonists on intracellular Ca²⁺mobilization in MRGPRX2-expressing HEK293 cells stimulated by MBP (99–110) or ECP (29–45). MRGPRX2-expressing HEK293 cells were stimulated with 30 μM MBP (99–110) and ECP (29–45) in the presence of the indicated concentrations of compound 1 or compound 2. Data represent mean ± standard deviation of triplicate determinations. All experiments using antagonists were performed in the presence of 0.1% DMSO. We confirmed that the solvents did not affect on HEK293 cell activation.
