Atypical/high-grade (grade III) meningioma in the sellar and parasellar region extending to the sphenoid wing (arrows in A). The mass shows heterogeneous enhancement with irregular margins and indistinct tumour-brain interfaces (arrows in B), intratumoural necrotic areas (arrows in C), extensive perilesional brain oedema (D), and destructive changes in the sphenoid bone (arrows in E and F), all indicators of its aggressive nature. It also shows type II cystic change (arrows in C)
