Immunofluorescence double staining of Pick’s disease frontal cortex. Multiple p-tau positive Pick bodies are seen, which all show colocalization of BRCA1. The DAPI positive nucleus may be smaller than cortices of other diseases, possibly due to the decrease in large neurons in this disease [51]. The scale bar represents 50 µm.
