F340/F380 values just before adding the NMDAR agonist were normalized to the same values (1). The data represent n independent experiments that were conducted on four different primary cultures corresponding to 516 (NMDA, n = 13), 305 (NMDA-MM, n = 10), 245 (NMDA-DAP, n = 10) and 624 (NMDA-SKF, n = 19) analyzed cells.
