14-3-3η is detectable in culture supernatants of macrophages derived from HD and treated with TNF-α. The culture supernatants of macrophages cultured with or without diamide, TNF-α (100 ng/ml; n = 3), IL-1β (10 ng/ml; n = 3), IL-6/sIL-6R (10 ng/ml; n = 3), or IL-21 (10 ng/ml; n = 3) were subjected to WB.
