Geographical regions were abbreviated and used for library names. Sweet potato leaf samples were pooled according to geographical regions. The sweet potato cultivar names of mixed samples were unknown. Two known sweet potato cultivars, “Beni Haruka” and “Hogammi,” grown in Yeoju were used. Samples were collected in May 2016 and May 2017.
