ITGA1 promotes cell migration in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells in vitro determined by scratch assay. The SW480 and NCM460 were infected with LV-shNC, LV-shITGA1 and LV-ITGA1, LV-NC, respectively. The capability of cell migration was accessed by cell scratch wound healing assay.
