(B) “Spliceosomal complex,” “small nuclear ribonucleoprotein complex,” and “spliceosomal snRNP complex” are the three most significant cellular component terms. (C) The three most significant molecular function terms were “snRNA binding,” “mRNA binding,” and “pre-mRNA binding.” (D) The KEGG pathway analysis revealed that these genes were mainly involved in “spliceosome,” “mRNA surveillance pathway,” and “RNA transport.”
