MTBDRplus and MTBDRsl on cartridge extract results for TB detection. dCE (left-most column), C2 (middle column) and C4 (right-most column) from M. tuberculosis-positive cartridges on dilution series (DS-TB and XDR-TB strains) are shown. MTBDRplus had mostly non-actionable results (not positive or negative). MTBDRsl had actionable results on all Ultra- and Xpert-positive dCE at >10³. Though some actionable line probe assay results for non-diamond chambers were observed, these were inconsistent and had low reproducibility.
