Oxidative stress GFP-reporter activation in response to CdTe QDs of various sizes and CdCl2. ToxTracker reporter activation in live cells was measured as GFP-fluorescence using flow cytometry. The Srxn1-GFP reporter is Nrf2-associated, while the Blvrb is Nrf2-independent. The results are presented as mean ± standard error of the mean of three or four independent experiments (n = 3–4).
