The percent relative standard deviation (RSD) for various collision cross section (CCS) measurements organized by ion annotations: [M-H]⁻ (n = 146), [2M-H]⁻ (n = 44), [M-3H]⁻ (n = 19), [M-H+HCO₂H]⁻ (n = 10), and [M-H+Na+HCO₂⁻]⁻ (n = 37). The average relative standard deviation of triplicate measurements for all measured authentic standards was 0.1026%. There were greater deviations associated with larger adducts i.e., [M-H+Na+HCO₂⁻]⁻ and [2M-H]⁻.
