The data points above the horizontal line (blue line, ${\log }_2(\frac{{\mathsf{\theta }\mathsf{\pi }}_{(\mathrm{Non}-\mathrm{sport})}}{{\mathsf{\theta }\mathsf{\pi }}_{(\mathrm{Sport})}})$ ≥ 0.86) are top 1% ${\log }_2(\frac{{\mathsf{\theta }\mathsf{\pi }}_{(\mathrm{Non}-\mathrm{sport})}}{{\mathsf{\theta }\mathsf{\pi }}_{(\mathrm{Sport})}})$ ratios. The HOXDs located on the ECA18: 54.55–54.65 Mb were overrepresented genes in the top 1% Z(F_st) values.
