RgIA4 did not reverse cold allodynia and paclitaxel did not induce heat allodynia under these conditions. Testing results from (A) cold plate and (B) Hargreaves assays following treatment of SD rats (n = 8 per group, unless otherwise noted) with a total dose of 8 mg/kg paclitaxel with or without RgIA4 at 80 or 16 μg/kg.
