Dose–response curves of compound 6 in the absence and presence of ultraviolet radiation in the MX-1 and Capan-1 cells. After 20 min of irradiation at 365 nm (4.1 mW/cm²), the compounds were transferred to 96-well plates and incubated with the cells. Cell growth was determined 10 days after incubation with the compounds. Irradiated compounds showed similar dose–response curves as that of unirradiated compounds. Error bars represent standard deviation from duplicate determinations, and results are shown as mean ± SD. The IC₅₀ value is presented in Table 4.
