Changes of the phosphorylation of PI3K, Akt and mTOR in glioma cells treated with celastrol (Cel) in the presence of LY294002 or SC79. Western blot analysis showed that p-PI3K, p-Akt and p-mTOR apparently reduced by (A) Cel-, LY294002-treated while elevated by (B) SC79-treated in U87 and U251 cells.
