Celastrol (Cel) inhibited the viability and inhibited the migration and invasion of U87 and U251 cells. (A) U87 and U251 cells and astrocytes were treated with Cel (0, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5, 1, and 2 μM) for 24 and 48 h. Cell viability was analysed by CCK-8 assay. **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, significantly different than the untreated (Cel, 0 μM) group.
