The Induction of lncRNA ENSMUST00000160470 (Mbd2-AL1) by I/R Is Inhibited by Mbd2 siRNA in RGCs
RGCs were transfected with 50 nM Mbd2 siRNA or scramble for 24 h and then left treated or untreated with ischemia for 2 h and reperfusion for another 2 h.
