Relationship among residual tumor at the time of surgery, HRD status, and prognosis. (A) The 514 cases were sorted by size of the residual tumor if data on residual tumor at the time of surgery were available (no macroscopic disease, 1–10 mm and >10 mm) and their survival rates were compared. (B) Cases with residual tumor ≥1 mm and available SNP array data were divided into the HRD and non-HRD groups. HRD cases with exome sequencing data were further sorted by molecular mechanism into genetic HRD, epigenetic HRD, and undetermined HRD to compare the survival rate. (C) Similarly, cases with no macroscopic disease were classified by the HRD status for survival rate comparison.
