Dengue virus does not trigger the ASC differentiation when incubated with isolated B cells. CD19+ B cells were isolated from PBMCs of six donors and five of them were tested in this assay, except for DENV4 TVP incubation (n = 4 samples). (A) Representative data obtained from 6.6 × 10⁴ CD19+ B cells harvested at day 7 of culture and added per well of ELISPOT plates to enumerate IgG-secreting cells in each culture condition.
