PAC induced suppression of gastric tumor growth. Human MGC-803 and SGC-7901 gastric cancer cells were injected into the right flanks of Nu/Nu mice. When tumor volumes reached 50 mm³, the mice were treated with the indicated formulations every 3 days for 7 total treatments.
