Dengue (DENV) and Zika (ZIKV) viral genome copies per host cell after thoracic injection into Wolbachia‐infected lines and wild‐type Aedes aegypti. Females were left for 10 days prior to total RNA extraction and virus quantification by a quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The amount of virus for each female was normalized to the RpS17 house‐keeping gene.
