Glucocorticoids stimulate rapid cAMP responses in HEK‐293 cells. Cells were incubated with recombinant BacMam virus expressing the cADDis cAMP sensor. After establishing baseline, fluorescence decay was monitored for 30 minutes after addition of drug. cADDis sensor fluorescent decay curves elicited by 1 or 10 µM fluticasone (A) 1 or 10 µM budesonide (B) are shown. Fluorescence decay curves elicited by vehicle and 10 µM forskolin are shown as reference to the minimal and maximal responses.
