[a] Reaction conditions: alkene (0.30 mmol), oxime ester (0.45 mmol), [Ir‐F] (0.5 mol %) in ethyl acetate under an argon atmosphere, irradiation with 30 W blue LEDs (λmax=455 nm) at room temperature for 5 h.
