Because then the other one will just tell you, no, you should go to him or her with that question. That is that feeling of safety and trust that you have’.

As I've experienced it, there would be nuances or we would suddenly be doing something different, or someone else would join the steering group which meant we were repeating a lot. Or people didn't come to the meetings or I didn't come myself. All in all, for me it never became specific enough’.
