100ug of RIPA isolate from the hypothalamus of individual wild-type (WT), Idol−/− (KO), Idol−/−Ldlr−/− (LDLR DKO), or Idol−/−Vldlr−/− (VLDLR DKO) mice was loaded per lane of a Tris-Acetate NuPAGE gel. The image is representative of many independent experiments. These samples were repeated twice to assess reproducibility.
