EC50 was determined in the plaque assay using MDCK or AX-4 cells. Plaque areas were quantified for calculation of EC50 using Image J and Prism 7;

CC50 values of R160792 and R151785 were 132 ± 32 μM and > 300 μM, respectively, in MDCK cells. SI is selectivity index, which was calculated by CC50/EC50. Means and SD from two experiments in duplicate or triplicate were shown.
