Testing of Synergy between Ouabain and miR-34a in Additional Cancer-Type Cells and Lung Cancer Patient-Derived Xenograft (PDX) 3D Cell Cultures

(A) Data showing a change in cell counts after treating cells with increasing doses of ouabain and miR-34a at 40 nM concentration in pancreatic BXPC3 and colon cancer HCT116 and HCT15 cells. Upon using ANOVA with multiple comparison test, only BXPC3 showed significance between miR-34a and miR-34a with ouabain at 3-μM dose (*p < 0.05) (B) Primary cultures established from a lung cancer patient-derived xenograft were treated with miR-34a or a combination of miR-34a and ouabain.
