HPLC analysis and LC-UV chromatogram of GBHT. The HPLC analysis was performed in a reverse-phase column C18, gradient mobile system of acetonitrile in 0.001% phosphoric acid, flow rate set at 1.0 mL/min, and an LC-UV chromatogram of GBHT was recorded at UV 203 nm (A, upper panel), UV 254 nm (B, upper panel), and UV 276 nm (C, upper panel).
