Migration across a fibronectin-coated plate is significantly limited upon combination treatment with SAHA and EGCG. (A) 2 × 103 MCF-7 cells were plated in a 96-well plate coated with fibronectin (FN). After 72 h of treatment with the indicated compounds the round stopper was removed from the center of each well, the wells were washed, and regular culture media was added. Cells were given 24 h to migrate before being fixed and stained with crystal violet. Cells that had migrated into the center region were counted and compared between the indicated treatments (n = 3). (B-D) As above, in the MDA-MB-157, MDA-MB-231, and HCC1806 TNBC cell lines (n=3).
