Participants	Setting: Hospital trauma clinic Inclusion: those presenting with life‐threatening or near life‐threatening experiences e.g. RTA, assault, housefirem industrial accident. Exclusions: serious head injury, those too unwell to co‐operate, those with no memory of the trauma. Those injured through sports injury, self‐harm, DIY, fights or heavy alcohol intoxication at the time.
