(C) Immunofluorescent images showing endocytosis of conjugated TAMRA-P188 complexes in cells exposed to microcavitation. It is evident that the complexes diffused into the nuclei in some cells (e.g., purple color), suggesting potential reorganization of the nuclear envelope caused by microcavitation.
