Fig 8. 109A is required for SCFAs anti IL-1β induced IL8 induction in H4 cells.

H4 cells were pretreated with 109A inhibitor mepenzolate bromide (MB) (0.2mM) for 30 minutes then treated with SCFAs before IL-1β stimulation. The secretion of IL-8 into the supernatants was assayed by Elisa. Data are represented as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments. n = 3.
