miR-124 was a target of HNF1A-AS1. (A) The predicted wild-type and mutated type of miR-124 binding sites in the 3ʹUTR of HNF1A-AS1 were exhibited. (B and C) Luciferase activity was measured in SW620 (B) and HCT116 (C) cells co-transfected with HNF1A-AS1-WT or HNF1A-AS1-MUT and miR-124 or miR-NC through luciferase reporter assay.
