Up-regulated lncRNA ENST00000512916 promotes cell proliferation and inhibits apoptosis for AM-1 cells. (A) Real-time qPCR results showed that ENST00000512916 was successfully silenced after transfection of siRNA-ENST00000512916 in AM-1 cells. (B) CCK8 assay was used to assess the AM-1 cell viability at 24 hrs, 48 hrs and 72 hrs after transfection with si-ENST00000512916. (C) Colony formation assay was used to detect the cell proliferation ability of AM-1 cells after transfection with si-ENST00000512916. (D) Real-time qPCR results showed that ENST00000512916 was successfully overexpressed in AM-1 cells. (E) The AM-1 cell viability was evaluated at 24 hrs, 48 hrs and 72 hrs after overexpression of ENST00000512916 using CCK-8 assay. (F) The AM-1 cell proliferation was detected after overexpression of ENST00000512916 using colony formation assay. (G) Flow cytometry assay was used to detect the AM-1 cell apoptosis after silencing ENST00000512916.
