HOXC13 is mediated by lncRNA ENST00000512916 in AM-1 cells. Western blotting analysis results showed that the expression levels of HOXC13 were significantly inhibited in AM-1 cells transfected with si-HOXC13 (A) or were significantly promoted after HOXC13 overexpression (B). CCK8 assay results showed that the cell viability was significantly inhibited in AM-1 cells transfected by si-HOXC13 (C) or was significantly promoted in AM-1 cells transfected by HOXC13 overexpression (D). Real-time qPCR results showed the HOXC13 expression was significantly inhibited in AM-1 cells transfected with si-ENST00000512916 (E) or was significantly elevated in AM-1 cells transfected with ENST00000512916 overexpression (F).
