Values determined in MCF-7 cells homogenates were combined to calculate the mean value. All the data of the mean value represent the average of four to five determinations in three independent experiments. Values in Table 2 were summarized as a mean ± standard deviation of the mean. Statistical analysis was performed using a Mann–Whitney test (* p < 0.05). * p < 0.05 800 µM, 1000 µM, 2245 µM SAC vs. control, Δ p < 0.05, 2245 µM SAC vs. 1000 µM SAC.
