Table 1.

Summary of the Three Most Likely Demographic Models of Divergence in dadi between the MvCa and MvVi Microbotryum Genetic Clusters.

Model Number of Model Parameters LnL AIC Delta AIC
AM2m with population size changes in MvCa and MvVi clusters (AM2mG3) 12 −7,618 15,261 0
AM2m 10 −7,679 15,379 118
AM2m with heterogenous effective population size (AM2N2m) 12 −7,715 15,455 194

Note.—The three top models of divergence are variants of a model of isolation with ancient asymmetrical migration and heterogenous migration rate across the genome (AM2m). Logarithm of the maximum likelihood (Ln L), Akaike information criterion (AIC), delta AIC (corresponding to the difference in AIC between each model and the best model), and numbers of estimated parameters for each model run using dadi on the observed data set based on all autosomal oriented SNPs are presented.
