| Histologically or cytologically proven pancreatic adenocarcinoma |
| Unresectable locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma |
| Pancreatic target tumor diameter: 2-6 cm |
| ECOG performance status 0-1 |
| No distant metastases |
| No prior radiotherapy or chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer |
| ≥18 years of age at screening |
