Cumulative incidence of HCC in patients infected with hepatitis C virus with direct-acting antiviral treatment and scored by combining α-fetoprotein serum level after DAA treatment (<6 ng/ml, 0 points; ≥6 ng/ml, 1 point) and advanced age (<75 years, 0 points; ≥75, 1 point). Study patients were grouped based on these scores as follows: 0 point (n=630), 1 point (n=402) and 2 points (n=56).
