Pimozide treatment resulted in a significant dose-and time-dependent decrease in cell proliferation in all cell lines when compared with controls. c KHOS/NP, MG63, and SJSA-1 cells were incubated with 10 µM pimozide for 48 h and the cells were allowed to grow and form colonies. Pimozide treatment inhibits colony formation.
