Eluting, pushing with oil, and drying steps were optimized for the PIBEX application in a microfluidic chip. a Membrane size effect on recovery volume of eluent (bar chart) and DNA recovery rate (dotted line) in the PIBEX method were investigated (n = 3). The target initial volume of eluent was 50 μL.
