LGK974 inhibits migration and invasion of ccRCC cell lines. (a–c) Cell migration capacity was detected by wound healing assay when renal cancer cells were treated under different concentrations of LGK974. (d–f) Cell migration and invasion capacity were detected by transwell migration and invasion tests when renal cancer cells were treated under different concentrations of LGK974. (g, h) Western blotting experiments were performed by treating renal cancer cells with DMSO, at different concentrations of LGK974 (786-O, 5 μM or 10 μM; ACHN, 10 μM or 15 μM) for 72 h and then proteins were extracted. The protein levels of N-cadherin, vimentin, and snail were determined via immunoblotting. All data are expressed as the mean ± SEM. The experiment was repeated at least three times. Statistical significance was determined using two-tailed Student's t-test or one-way ANOVA. p < 0.05; ∗∗p < 0.01; ∗∗∗p < 0.001.
