Figure 2. — Screening of differentially expressed lncRNAs by RNA-Seq. A549 and NCI-H460 cells were irradiated with 4 Gy X-ray, and the differentially expressed lncRNAs were screened by RNA-Seq. The lncRNAs with an FPKM fold-change in NCI-H460 cells >2 and a ratio of FPKM fold-change >1.5 were selected. Fold-change=FPKM of the IR group/FPKM of the control group.
