Apoptosis-related morphological changes of cell nuclei induced by CK in MG63 and U2-OS cells. (A and B) Cells were treated with or without CK (20 µM) and cell nuclei were stained with AO/EB and observed under a fluorescence microscope. Cells with condensed or fragmented nuclei were considered apoptotic, and early apoptotic nuclei presented as green or light yellow; late apoptotic nuclei presented as orange or red (N, normal nuclei; A, apoptotic nuclei).
